Your holidays will be more meaningful when you spend them with Gentleman Jim! Although the bonus tracks take you from Thanksgiving through New Years, the primary offering on this CD is a special Christmas broadcast of Jim's network radio show, which has not been available commercially since it was aired LIVE on Wednesday, December 25, 1957. Owen Bradley has augmented the orchestra with a lush string section, and the result is truly beautiful!

Hear Jim do NEW material he never recorded at RCA, like RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER, A CHRISTMAS STAR, and a pretty duet with Dolores Watson on SILVER BELLS! Jim also sings LIVE some seasonal favorites, like BLUE CHRISTMAS, JINGLE BELLS and WHITE CHRISTMAS. (These arrangements are different and his vocal performances are fresh and new in comparison with his LP work).

Listen closely and you can hear an impromptu Jim supplying some bass notes while the Anita Kerrs perform AWAY IN A MANGER.

Songs include I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS, WINTER WARM, CHRISTMAS IS THE FEELING IN YOUR HEART, TOY TRUMPET, SLEIGH RIDE, HARK THE HERALD ANGELS SING, TOYMAKER'S DREAM and more.

These holiday performances really sparkle, and the sentimentality of Jim and the rest of the cast will tug at your heart strings. The liner notes include the warm reminiscences of family and close friends of what it was like to spend Christmas with Jim and Mary Reeves! There are personal photos, too!

You'll treasure this keepsake CD for years to come!

32 tracks, all digitally remastered.
